Validity: This receipt is deemed valid only upon receipt of payment.

Delivery Timeframe: Postage/courier delivery orders require 30 working days for delivery. PEP (Paxi) standard delivery takes 7-9 working days, while Express Delivery to PEP Store takes 2-3 working days.

Non-Receipt of Order: Should a customer not receive their order after 30 working days, they must promptly contact our offices at 011 025 7994.

Collection of Photos: Graduands and Diplomands must collect their photos within 30 working days. Failure to do so will incur an additional fee.

Courier Option: Customers opting for courier delivery must ensure payment of a registered mail postage fee at the time of ordering.

Non-Delivery Due to Unpaid Fees: No photographs will be dispatched via courier without payment of the delivery fee. In such cases, customers must arrange to collect their photographs from our photo lab.

Copyright: All photography taken by Creative Lens Multimedia remains copyrighted by Creative Lens Multimedia. These photographs can only be used for personal usage and not for commercial purposes without the permission of Creative Lens Multimedia. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you grant Creative Lens Multimedia permission to use the images for marketing and promotional purposes.

Collection Notifications: PAXI courier service will issue an SMS notification, prompting customers to collect their parcel within 14 days. Failure to collect within this timeframe will result in the parcel being returned to our office. Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with resending the pictures.
